FROSTBITE novel version serialized on Neatorama

Tuesday, October 26th, 2010

The final, expanded, edited version of Frostbite–the same version found in the print novel–is being serialized now on Neatorama.com.  Check out the first chapter here.

This is a great opportunity to check out one of my books online for free.  There’s an earlier, unedited version on this website, but the Neatorama version is the real deal.  Plus, check out the site for a chance to win free books and read part of Overwinter, the sequel to Frostbite!

OH lol! I was wondering if there was going to be a sequel. But I really loved Frostbite and I keep trying to get my friends the read the book but hey aren’t big on werewolves. But yeah at the end of Frostbite it just seemed like it was 2 open ended. But yeah I am so happy that there is going to be a sequel.

    Hi there!
Ok first timeleaving something on these websites but I really like the werewolf tales series you have on Cheyenne Clark.
I was just wondering why you are redoing the first book though? Cursed…it was such a brilliant story to read as it rained outside, especially in a quiet room…I mean I was worried the werewolf might climb the stairs just to get me :) I hope the next book the frost bite one isn’t a remake of the first, since the first book was really good as is the second….but I will of course purchase it as well!
Just some remakes are bad…unless this one just has extensions then I hope it reads just as creepily as the other :) hehe!
thanks for the good creepy scare!

Very few werewolf books are to my liking even though werewolves are my monsters of choice. Frostbite was a great fun read and not at all insulting to women, werewolves ;-) or inuit. It was an extra bonus it was set in the NW, where here in Bellingham, Wa. we actually have a “blue” man. Very smart writing. And may I add, so glad to see you don’t over serialize. A few books with the same characters is fine, but at some point, as the characters in a book need to get on with their lives, I appreciate getting on with my reading life as well. I look forward to other books by Mr. Wellington.

I would LOVE to see at least one new addition to the Frostbite series… maybe even two? I would never have read the first tow had I not first read the Monster and Laura Caxton series.(Actually, the Monster Series came first as I LOVE zombie novels. I hesitated before reading Caxton as I’ve been disappointed in many vampire novels; but you outdid yourself (and everyone else) with Caxton!! AMAZING, SHOCKING, and BRILLIANT WRITING! I then decided I couldn’t lose with your werewolf novels; and I was NOT disappointed! I’m about to read 32 Fangs & will always read anything you write. I’ve stayed up all night reading your books and will continue to do so!
