Hi everyone. Nice chapter dave, very intriguing. This looks to be a great story, but that was obvious.

Donny D, remember in the first story it was stated that she was not as well off as Gary so the lack of circulation could be why. Add to that the lack of blood flow or even blood. (Her blood on the floor.)
I think after a certain point it doesn’t matter anymore. One the infection takes over the brain is preserved. It’s just the time in between that’s crucial.

Liked the chapter, I rarely don’t, but I have a question or rather an observation. When she "died" her lungs would have stopped and an oxygen mask might not do the trick. A respirator maybe, but then you still have to get the oxygen TO the brain via arteries. Additionally, the blood would have to have something moving or pumping it (i.e. a beating heart.) Being "dead" it’s unlikely she would have had access to functioning lungs and/or a beating heart. Which leads me to my question, how did that work?

Damn hippies and their oxygen bars. Good stuff Dave. I was wondering how a yoga instructor was going to be able to keep her brain from dying untill she re-animated. It will be interesting to see what happens to her. Will she turn evil like Gary? Will she use or become aware of the dead-web? Now I have to wait for monday. At least I can comfort myself this weekend with Shaun of the Dead. Anybody else gonna check out Shaun of the Dead this weekend? Keep’em comin Dave!

Now we get to meet the West Coast Diva. Things are starting to escalate. I think I will now go board myself up at Dicks Sporting Goods and wait this out.
